Elks Hoop Shoot~New Castle, Indiana Child Photographer

Riley made it to the State Elks Hoop Shoot this year. He was super excited as was the rest of us. We were all so proud of him for making it this far.

The Hoop Shoot was held in New Castle, Indiana. I never realized that it was as big of a deal as it was. The Elks paid for my sister’s family to go to New Castle and stay from Friday to Sunday at the Steve Alford Hotel. Tons of activities, breakfast, supper about anything you could think of. This was such a great thing to be involved in. And Riley had the greatest time!

After the contest was over, we headed over to Hoosier Gym! The gym that the movie Hoosier was made in, we received a tour while we waited on lunch and it was awesome! We later went home that night and watched the movie, I hadn’t seen it in forever and it was really cool to watch something that was made somewhere that you had been.
